Apparel Returns
Any items purchased online excluding final sale items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that due to how quickly our inventory moves we may be limited in exchanges. If you would like to start your return, please email team@hiitaxle.com
For a full refund within 30 days of the purchase: items must be unwashed and unworn, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. If any items were purchased with a referral code, your order will be refunded in the form of a new code for the amount of the returned items. Please contact our Support for your referral refund. Once your package has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the Site. These may include: (a) registering for an account on our Site; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services on our Site. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.
HIITAXLE Return Policy
Equipment Returns (Base, Axle, Skate, Pedestal)
If you are not satisfied with your HIITAXLE, you can request a return within 30 days after your delivery. HIITAXLE’s guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our Limited Warranty.
We do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive your HIITAXLE. Returns will be charged an additional return shipping fee of $50 or more depending on your location.
If your Base, Axle, Skate or Pedestal is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, HIITAXLE reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at HIITAXLE’s sole discretion.
If your Base, Axle, Skate or Pedestal is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged an additional restocking fee.

Replacements
If the HIITAXLE is defective in any way please email team@hiitaxle.com with picture/video of the defective part. If any pieces of the HIITAXLE are missing, please email team@hiitaxle.com within 5 days of delivery. Missing replacements exclude Base, Axle and Pedestal.
PLEASE ALLOW 7 BUSINESS DAY FOR ORDER PROCESSING DUE TO CV19 AND ANY OUTSTANDING WEATHER DELAYS. While we aim to get your order shipped ASAP, unforeseen delays ensued in 2020 and the early part of 2021. We are seeing more consistence these days but please understand it can take up to 3 weeks to get your order to you. We keep you abreast via email and provide tracking information once shipped. Thank you for your patience!
Shipping Methods, Transit Times and Cost:
HIITAXLE USA *Orders shipping within the Continental U.S. will have a flat shipping rate of $50. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional shipping charges***
All US packages are shipped via UPS. UPS may not deliver on the weekends.
Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information. Transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or high volume of packages during holidays or promotional events. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Please note: Shipping information cannot be updated or changed once the order has been completed and shipped from our warehouse. Please make sure all information under shipping is correct before finalizing your order.
HIITAXLE International *All international shipments will be through DHL. Any duty and tax will also be collected by DHL before delivery. Please allow 7 days to fulfill your order.
HIITAXLE Apparel USA *All Apparel will be shipped via USPS. Please allow 7 days to fulfill the orders and 5 days for shipment.
